1. Trial Terms
Eligible accounts may receive one trial period. A payment method may be required to start the trial. If not canceled before trial end, paid billing begins automatically.
2. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle selected at checkout. Charges are processed by our payments provider and shown in your billing portal.
3. Seat and Module Pricing
Pricing is based on selected modules and seat quantities. Changes in subscription configuration may affect future invoices and may be prorated as applicable.
4. Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude applicable taxes, duties, and levies. Your organization is responsible for required tax amounts.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively void charges already incurred.
6. Refunds
Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. If a charge was made in error, contact us promptly for review.
7. Charge Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute, contact billing@onsync.io so we can investigate and attempt resolution.
8. Pricing Changes
We may change pricing with advance notice. Updated pricing applies at renewal or the date stated in the notice.
