1. License Scope
Your organization receives a limited right to use Sync CMMS for internal operational workflows under an active subscription or trial.
2. Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the service, nor attempt unauthorized access to data, systems, or accounts.
3. Security and Abuse
The following are prohibited: credential sharing intended to bypass seat limits, automated scraping, malware, denial-of-service activity, security probing without authorization, and fraudulent transactions.
4. Data and Content Responsibility
You are responsible for lawfulness of uploaded content and ensuring your users do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
5. API and Integration Use
API or integration access must comply with documented limits and authentication requirements. Excessive or abusive traffic may be throttled or blocked.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend affected users, organizations, or integrations when needed to protect the platform or other customers.
